Our salesperson, Alexa, was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help us on our search for a motor home. She found the one we wanted in their sister store in Gainsville and worked with them & us. The personnel people in Gainsville, worked with us as we had to transfer our belongings to the new rig and installed a flat tow on our car. I highly recommend them.

Everyone there is helpful and eager to make the customer happy. Our salesman, James, was personable and knowledgeable, and pointed us in the right direction to what we were looking for. Jenna, in parts, kept us current on the process of prepping the unit and reassured us when there were any delays. Ethan, who gave us our walk through, was well versed in the unit and made us feel very confident in the units features and how to properly install... and remove from the truck. Tony, the sales manager, and Leaston, the GM, worked very hard for our business and gave us a great deal. Mandi, in finance, was very professional and patient with me when I had questions/concerns with the paperwork. Outstanding Customer ServiceRVOne in Gainesville was fantastic to work with to resolve our problem. We had a VERY complex pin box and frame issue with our Grand Design Momentum 399THR 5th wheel RV.Kevin Dalton (Service Manager) and Jim Vaughn (Service lead) and the technician(s) doing the repairs could not have provided better customer service. They had to work with multiple people at Grand Design and Lippert to diagnose and resolve the... issue. All for a rig that was “technically” out of warranty. They saved us a ton of money given the extensive repair.Although it took 12 weeks to finally get our RV repaired, Jim and Kevin kept us informed and were a pleasure to work with throughout this journey.We will definitely use them again for servicing our RV.read more

I purchased a Jayco fifth Wheel at RV One Buffalo and as I indicated in a previous review, they are fantastic. While traveling, two warranty issues arose so I called RV One Gainesville and asked to get an appointment ASAP. Jenna, a very polite, caring and genuinely nice person accommodated my request within days. Upon arrival, work began by Tyler who very accurately and with great pride in his work, repaired both issues. From the receptionists... to Landon in Parts, to Kevin, Service Manager and of course Jenna and Tyler, RVOne demonstrated once again, that their national network of personable dealerships is a major advantage when you travel so much in your RV. These guys do a great job with Airstreams. I recently had some body work done to replace a couple of damaged panels and it's perfect. They also repaired a problem with my water heater that two other companies couldn't figure out. They communicate well, work fast, and the estimate they give matches the price you pay. I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! You wouldn't know it but they really are an Airstream dealer for new and 2nd hand ones. Tony helped us purchase our first Airstream and went above and beyond. He kept an eye on used inventory and when he saw one that had not yet hit the market, he called and helped us think through pros and cons of brand new versus gently used. We traded in a camper for a new one and were planning to camp in 3 days. We were treated with professionalism and respect as we chose an RV from the lot. I am not one to always write a review but… We are so happy with the RV and the Warranties that we bought here. Unfortunately we just had to make a claim about 6 months after purchasing our RV that the manufacturer wouldn’t cover and that was going to cost a lot, but we had no issues. Thank goodness. We appreciate how the finance manager was able to beat our own bank’s rate and give us a payment that was very reasonable and favorably unexpected... as well. Thank you to the kind sales team for making us feel special and even staying late that day to help us so we didn’t have to make another 2 hour drive before picking up. We will definitely buy here again when we trade in.read more

THE 1st guy good riddance second guy nice man well meaning but just no experience as a Service Writer.... The man that is there now I'm thinking I might have seen him before....where when not sure BUT after MHING in this area for at least 35 years... Had the pleasure of working with Kyle (tech), John (tech), Jim, and Chase at this location. We were en route on our 2nd RV trip ever and had a piece break off that held one of our sway bars. Luckily, we were only 5 miles from this RV One. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They quickly fixed our original issue and then found our entire hitch/sway bar system had flaws in how it was installed, with loose pieces and the sway bar distance from... the ends didn't even meet the minimum length requirements. They quickly fixed it and we noticed such a difference in how the trailer pulled for the rest of our road trip. Thank you so much RV One!! You thoroughly impressed us and could have saved us from something very bad from happening.read more

Trevor is an excellent salesman. He kept us updated from August 2021when we ordered our FR3 motor home to January 4, 2022 when we received our FR3. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. We also felt that Trevor negotiated a very fair price for our 5th wheel trade-in and a fair price for our new FR3 motor home.John, the technician, gave us our walk through of our FR3 and did an excellent job of explaining how everything worked.Carla... and Anna handled all our paperwork and were very proficient. Anna gave us everything we needed to get our title and tag in Georgia which is more complicated since RVOne is in Florida. We took the paperwork for our title and tag to our DMV and had no problems. We also received our Georgia tag the day we took all the paperwork to the DMV.read more

We had been to this place for problems with the RV we bought multiple times. The staff at the place was poorly managed. Our last visit to the place we had a different experience however. They recognized the problems at hand and got to work asap! Now that management has been replaced you can count on a good experience.

Brad was our salesman and when I tell you that as first time RV buyers, we put that man through it, oh boy did we! He answered every question, text, email, and call with a smile and genuine care for helping us find the perfect RV! He toured us through more RVs than I could ever count and even went above and beyond to search online and sent us dozens more... just to make sure we were 100% happy with the make, plan, and price of our new RV! Tony, the Sales Manager, blew us away as well! When we were negotiating final numbers, he came back with a number lower than our lowest offer!!!!! What in the world?!? It was beyond impressive to see a company truly care more about making their customers happy, than they do about money. You never find that anymore!!! Mandy in finance was incredible too! She got me all the numbers I needed for every type of warranty offered, financing options, and they even offered me free local delivery! I have never ever had such a positive purchasing experience, especially for a major purchase like this!
